Drawing upon his extensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities inherent in the healthcare system, Mr. Aidid has crafted a comprehensive plan to address the root causes of lengthy wait times. His vision encompasses innovative strategies aimed at optimizing workflow efficiency, maximizing resource utilization, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to expedite the diagnostic process. Mr. Aidid's commitment to excellence is underscored by his relentless pursuit of solutions that prioritize patient well-being above all else.
Hanna
Hanna is a Registered Psychologist in Ontario and a distinguished educator with the Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario (CEPEO). Originally from Djibouti, she brings strong leadership and operational expertise to Resilient36. She is a key leader at AKHRI, an African non-profit advancing girls’ education, where she plays a central role in organizational operations and programme development. Hanna is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology and is fully bilingual. Her background in public administration, community development, and non-profit governance strengthens programme delivery and strategic partnerships.
